Neil is an established singer songwriter born in Wales & now living in Cardiff.
Early career success included deals with record labels Red Bus & China.At that time
Neil's band 'The Shine' played on many Radio 1 sessions & made many Tv appearances.
Neil went on to record 3 albums with Pete Bardens (ex-Camel) & toured the States extensively
with Mick Fleetwood also performing with other artists including Mica Paris / John Parr /
Elaine Paige.
In 1990,Neil joined the legendary E.L.O, replacing Jeff Lynne as lead singer, guitarist,
keyboard player and songwriter.The band...(now known as E.L.O.part 2) did a spectacular
tour with the 80 piece Moscow Symphony Orchestra.For the next 3 years, Neil recorded a
major album with the band and toured the world solidly.
In 1996, Neil joined the 'Alan Parsons Project ' & recorded the album'On AIr'.The Band toured the
world for the next 3 years & during this period, he also worked with John Miles / Deborah Harry
and Simple Minds.
In 1999,Neil recorded'The Time Machine' with the Alan Parsons Project.He also worked with
Ringo Starr on the Michael Jackson Charity Show (Munich) in front of 70,000 people.
